CALL ME MAYBE - Anne Curtis, Georgina Wilson, Solenn Heussaff, Bea Soriano, Liz Uy, etc. (OFFICIAL) (by Joy Morelos)
This is my formal notification that I am resigning from NCO as Customer Service Representative. August 10, 2012 will be my last day of employment.
This was not an easy decision to make. I am grateful for the rewarding employment I’ve had with NCO. After much consideration, though, I regret to inform them that I’m leaving. I have enjoyed working with everyone and have learned a great deal. Although my time with this company has been satisfying, for quite a while now I have become less and less satisfied and productive with the work situation.
The direction of the company, the group in which I work, and the new targets and the methods of accomplishing them are making it increasingly difficult for me to feel that I’m contributing sufficiently.
Because of that I feel like a burden to the team and as much as I want to still stay, I have already made this important decision and I have thought about it for quite some time. I’ve made up my mind and I don’t want to come to work where I’m not giving my best simply because I’m not enjoying the atmosphere already,
it’s like I can’t breathe anymore if I will still stay.
I appreciate though my successes and opportunities and your help to offer me to improve more in my career. Thanks a lot. I’ve learned so many things and experience.
I appreciate the opportunities I have been given here, and wish you much success in the future.
